Hitchcock Station
We opened Hitchcock Station on January 25th, 2023, and pride ourselves on providing locally sourced and quality food at affordable prices to our community while supporting local farmers and producers in the Treasure Valley.

Built in 1924, the Hitchcock Building has been home to many different businesses over the years. It was originally a service station. We have now repurposed and turned this historic landmark repurposed into a contemporary, yet classic, eatery where people can come to hang out, have events and enjoy good food and atmosphere.
Our menu items have been carefully handcrafted by co-owner, Chef Emran, who has an extensive background in culinary arts beginning in Toronto, Canada and is classically trained in farm-to-table Italian cuisine. Part of his background includes working as an executive chef in Seattle, Washington and at Alavita restaurant in Boise, Idaho.
How did Hitchcock Station come to be?

Chef Emran met Ex-NFL Football Player, Jordan Gross and his wife Dana in Boise who were operating an organic farm called Little Buddy Farm in Fruitland, Idaho. They partnered together to open a food truck called Boon Farm to Fork that operated in Fruitland and Boise in 2021 and 2022 using the produce from Little Buddy Farm. People enjoyed Boon's burgers, sandwiches, and hand-cut Idaho potato fries so much that they decided to open Hitchcock Station where they could offer their original burgers, sandwiches and fries everyone loved plus specialty lunch and dinner items such as fresh fish, steak from local Van Lith Ranch out of Fruitland and Chef's Specials.
